GNRun Version 1.0
GNRun is an AddOn for the Gyula's Navigator file manager. It adds functionality to applications used as Viewer/Editor applications which are simply passed the name of the file to view/edit. GNRun adds the following features:
- Optionally specify a starting directory
- Optionally pass in additional command line parameters and specify the filename passed by Gyula's Navigator anywhere within that command line
- Optionally run the application normal, minimized, maximized, or hidden
- Optionally reposition and/or resize the application's window
- Optionally send keystrokes to the application
- Optionally force the application to close after a specified time
GNRun can also work in the same way as an extension to programs run from Window's Context Menu entries Open With and Send To.
GNRun is completely "portable" and ready for your flash drive. There is no dependancy on the system registry, dll libraries, ocx controls, or anything else. GNRun stores all of it's data in the local directory.
- 100% "Portable". Does not depend on any system files (ie. DLLs, OCXs, etc) nor does it reply on the system registry. Everything is in the program directory.
- Compatible with Windows 95/98/98SE/ME/NT/2K/XP/Vista.
- Launch programs normal, maximized, minimized, or hidden.
- Optionally resize and position window after program launch.
- Optionally send keystrokes to the application after program launch.
- Optionally wait for program to close or a fixed number of seconds.
- Complete AutoIt source code is available.
- 100% free.
