St Andrew's small groups

Are you looking to grow in your faith ?
Would you like to meet with others in the church to encourage each other?

Here at St Andrew's we encourage all our people to become part of a small group. There are 12 groups which meet regularly , mostly hosted in the home of one of the group members or at church.

What is a small group?
It is a group of 6 or more people who meet regularly to get to know each other and learn from the Bible together. The groups are held during the day or evening on various days and most meet once a fortnight . Some are men's or women's groups , others are aimed at younger or older adults and some are mixed.

Why bother?
There are many great reasons to join a group ; There is no better way to get to know others in the church and make really significant friendships. It is one of the best ways to learn how to live out your Christian Faith in really practical ways . You will learn more about the Bible and how it is relevant for today. You will be able to ask the questions that you are struggling with and find how others have coped with the same issues. Learning about God is fun and challenging. Groups learn in a variety of ways , covering different material catered to the needs of the group and they may also have social events.
